就我们手中的资料看原文是(logistics is process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient,cost-effective flow and storage of raw materials,in-process inventory, finished goods, and related information from point-of- origin to point-of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements.)
我们查到1992年,clm修订了物流定义,将1985年定义中的“原材料、在制品、产成品”修改为“产品、服务”(logistics is process of planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, service, and related、in— formation from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements.)。
1998年,clm对物流的最新定义是:(logistics is that part of the supply chain process that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers requirements.)。
